I see Chanderpaul jr. is playing for WI, is he a true Mini-Me in terms of style, or totally different?

The India versus England under 19 game is going to be the pattern for the coming series. Precious wankers against stodgy wonders, the least comedic to win.

Re: Under 19 World Cup 2014
I coached the South African wicketkeeper Clyde Fortuin at St Joseph's College in Cape Town when I was there in 2006. There's another guy out of St Joseph's called Jason Fourie who's name I made a point of remembering, as he was head and shoulders above any other cricketer for that age group (under 11s) in Cape Town. I see he hasn't made the Under 19 World Cup squad though. I remember in one game I retired him out for 48 because he was dawdling over getting to his 50. He was in tears as he came off the field, but I told him that he should always remember it's a team sport and that personal milestones are a consequence OF team success, not a priority above it.
The next game he went out and raced to 50 off about 25 balls, turned to me with a smile, and said "how was that then sir? Quick enough?"
So yeah, if he goes on to play for South Africa, I'm taking a fair share of the credit!

That's fair. We've already credited you with his failure to make the U19 squad.

I wonder how many Pakistani players are over the limit? Is Afridi playing in this World Cup?

Eng u19s make a cracking start against Pak u19ish. 4/2 after 4 overs. Both openers out for ducks.
Re: Under 19 World Cup 2014
That is a quacking start.
Lock them both in now for 15 year Test careers.

Amad Butt took one of the wickets.

Nineteen? Rahul Dravid's not kidding anyone that he's really called Zia-ul-Haq, and a Pakistan youngster.
