Hopefully Ambrose turns left (which is all he's been doing since leaving Aus for NASCAR) into a few Armco barriers, regularly.

Anyone done a hot lap in one of those cars. I'm curious as to wether they have fuel gauges or keys in the ignition?

I've had the pleasure. No gauges at all and a push button start. The V8 I was in didn't have a fancy flashing steering wheel like modern cars but. I was in a tier 2 car (ex-Dunlop series) that was probably a 2007 or 08 V8 Supercar. They even kill the speedo so you don't get distracted by urge to see yourself go past 200 kph.Bradman wrote:Anyone done a hot lap in one of those cars.
