Canberra come back after being down 22 - 0 to defeat Wests 30 - 22. A very strong wind played an important role in the turnaround. However, there was controversy a few minutes before the end when the Tigers scored a try that would have put them in front but it was disallowed because of an alleged obstruction.

The cheating timekeeper didn't sound the final siren at the 80 minute mark, undoubtedly hoping that the Warriors would score off that extra play he gave them.

It isn't easy to win in Kiwiland.

Something I've never seen before (although Rabs says it has). Players taken off the field at the 27 min mark in the Drags/Cocks match due to hail and lightning. Drags up 10-0.

No thanks to the qunt of a ref. Didn't bother going to the video ref after Farrell had scored a clear try from an inch perfect Benji grubber (idiot ref made an on the run dead ball call). Gutsy effort by the smaller Drags side against a massive steamrolling R00ter side.

I've also been very unimpressed with the refereeing tonight in the Broncos v Parramatta geme. A multi-million dollar sport & they have clowns officiating.

Aye Wally. The play gets better and better but the refs just keep bumbling along.

Can recall a pre-season game at what is now Central Coast Stadium between Northern Eagles and Parramatta being halted after lightning struck the SE light tower knocking out power, with what can best be described as a EF1 Tornado hitting the place.

Geez, how shit are the Bunnies going now? Another loss - to the Green Machine (which is no disgrace, I guess).

They haven't been the same since the injury to Adam Reynolds.
