Lankans collapsed because of their inherent shiteness, but many other teams could have overhauled the 300 target on that pitch. Duminy's aggression got them up to the 300 target. Their middle order certainly stalled a bit.

Another off the wall theory is that batsmen nearing a ton in ODIs are a hindrance to their teams.
