Re: World Cup 2019
So Pakistan didn't make their 550 or whatever it needed to be. So they're out too.
Perhaps more riding on the two last ("dead"?) matches of the Robin than seemed obvious. England on their day can be a handful. Whereas the Kiwis seem in reverse gear. Aussies will want to make sure they don't let their foot off the gas vs SAfrica. They may fancy their chances vs the Englanders; but NZ seem the team to beat.
Having said that, England did have some slices of fortune vs NZ. Which is not to say the visitors had that much BAD luck:
The gunned opener should have challenged the bad decision - he looked about to, but presumably was told, keep it for the skipper or Taylor. Was missing. Even an Umpire's Call result wouldn't have lost the review, Bad judgment.
England's strike of luck (but not their opposition's bad luck, just shocking judgment how weak Rashid's arm was supposed to be) also when Taylor ran himself out.
But the tip of Wood's fingernail was pretty crucial to how the match turned out, you'd think.

I have an annoying feeling that the SAfs will win tonight - setting up a blockbuster pre-Ashes Semi final.

Which is actually a realistic but extremely good result, $17. But even better is the results of said final $21 and $51.
Course if the ropes don't step up tonight I'm farked.

Anyway, thanks to SA’s revival, it’s England v Australia in the semis, which I guess neither side wanted. The force with India now?

Disappointing final game result for Aus but the Yarps had nothing to lose.

Semi Final
If a Semi-Final is tied, the teams shall compete in a Super Over to determine which team progresses to the Final.
If following a tie, weather conditions prevent the Super Over from being completed, or if the match is abandoned or a no result at the end of the reserve day, then the team which proceeds to the Final will be the team that finished in the higher position in the League Stage.
Final
In the event of a tied final, the teams shall compete in a Super Over to determine which team is the winner.
If following a tie, weather conditions prevent the Super Over from being completed, or if the match is abandoned or a no result at the end of the reserve day, the teams shall be declared joint winners.

Suspect cbnlg would threaten resignation if Wade comes in. Resignation should be received accepted at world record pace.

Gee thanks nath. My whole betting strategy is that there will be a winner. That tie breaker bullshit sounds like a push to me.Nath wrote:Semi Final

The NSP "problems" with Sharapova stretch back way further than NLWL
NLWL has taken a rabble of a JAMODI team to the semis of the Gilly
suspect you should sign up for Dan Andrews kill a vomit early program. End of suffering to be carried out at world record pace
