Re: Trivia 2021
And if it's not Vettori for 35 (I know he was around that) I'll have a shot at Moeen Ali given what I saw of his stats during the last Test.
And also, Hooper got more wickets than Matthews so I can't correct. I thought Hooper was just over 50 average but if he's just under, he'd be the 45+. In which case, I'll have a crack with Tendulkar for the 50+.

First four are right, taking Mo as your answer… Frankie just sneaked inside the 35 barrier.
Hooper correct for 45. 50+ was a specialist bowler for a non-minnow country…

60 is an active player from a slightly lesser nation. 80 and 100x2 are two renowned SA-born batsmen, and someone else more famous as an umpire.

Re: Trivia 2021
Joe Root recently went past 9,000 Test runs and did it by scoring 180*. He has an impressive record when it comes to making a big score to reach an aggregate milestone.
This includes making:
- 200* to go past 1,000 Test runs
- 182* to go past 2,000
- 228 to go past 8,000
- 180* to go past 9,000
He also made 50s to go past 3,000; 5,000; 6,000 & 7,000. He made 39 to go past 4,000.
However he doesn't hold the record for the highest score to achieve any of the 1,000 run milestones in Test Cricket. Â Who does?

I think DGB's 334 would have been close to taking him 1000.
And it looks like his 270 got him to 4000.

Actually, now that I think about it, Sobers' 365* probably took him to 1000 runs as well.
