Noice. Goes some way to making up for not getting a 100+ lead.

I love Edwards. Such a cool, smooth, beautiful action. There's the sprint followed by this slow leap, and finally a WHOOSH! Glad he's starting to get into the wickets. Check this out.
Edit: The crowd is pretty funny in this one haha.

Sri Lanka have to cobble together another 100 runs from somewhere to give Murali at least a sniff of getting stuck into the Windies' batsmen.

Could Silva be slightly less GAWWWWNNNN in a way that doesn't stretch the page...?
Re: West Indies v Sri Lanka, 2nd Test, PoS, 3-7 April
Bowden is such a thief.
He can give Sarwan out in the 1st test to one missing another set of stumps but he cant give that one out?
What a crucial decision that could be!

Looking very interesting now - another 50 runs and I reckon S/L will be favourites.

About a week ago, I was saying to a friend that I'm surprised that Sri Lanka have perservered with Samaraweera. After a good start to his test career he has done very little in recent years. Now he's become the National Hero.

I know I'm in danger of sookyness here, but Billy Bowden's incompetence has had a massive impact on the outcome of this series.
Test 1, day 5. Windies holding on, Sarwan playing an awesome innings. Bowden gives an absolute shocker and SL go on to win.
Test 2, Day 3. Sl 120 runs in the lead, Samaraweera hit plumb in front of middle, given not out. The lead is now 200 and Samarweera is on 110 not out.

Btw there is no better wicketkeeper than Ramdin at the moment. The guy is immense. It's a pity he's under performing with the bat.

I'll call it for Sri Lanka - I think the Windies' nerves will be jangling.

West indies needed those last 2 wickets to fall quickly or they were doomed
60/40 in SL's favour i'd say - although having gone 1-0 down I guess WI would have settled for a 250 run chase to level the series...

What an innings by Samaraweera in the scheme of things.
The Windies need just one person to get 100 - they had plenty of starts in the first dig. Maybe time for Chanders to show he is more than a red ink hunting draw specialist.

Good effort by the Windies to get themselves into this position. Let's hope they can get the 253 to square the series (unless you're Lankan of course )
