Has Laura passed over?
I'd guess auto-erotic asphyxiation or jumped off the London Eye following vorn's innings last night

Re: New cricket quiz.
Well, with LLL not around, here are the answers I got.
1.
a) Left handers with double centuries against England.
b) Bob Cowper, Garry Sobers, Mark Taylor, Sanath Jayasuriya and Martin Donnelly (NZ)
c) Matt Elliott - 199, Matt Hayden - 197, Warren Bardsley - 193*
2. Tim Zoehrer.
3. South Africa at The Oval 12P 5L & 7D
4.
a) David Lloyd 214* Eng v Ind @ Edgbaston, 1974 (FWIW, the only other player to have a 200 as his only Test score above 50 is Brendon Kuruppu, with 201*.)
b) Tip Foster's 287 Eng v Aus @ SCG
5. 12 by Mark Robinson in 1990 - see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Robinson_%28cricketer%29
6. NZl in Eng 1949.
7. Glenn Turner
8. Courtesy of http://content-aus.cricinfo.com/magazine/content/story/296628.html it's Monte Lynch, but in the strictest terms of 'before lunch' this shouldn't count. There was no play on day one, there were five overs on day two, Lynch indeed got a pair in a session, and it was a session before lunch, refer scorecard here http://www.cricketarchive.com/Archive/Scorecards/37/37416.html .
9.
a) 2001 tour match v Middlesex.
b) ODI v Eng 1997
ODI v Eng 1985 (looked it up)
ODI v WIn 1983 WC (looked it up)
10. Eng v NZl at HEadingley, 1983 http://aus.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/1980S/1983/NZ_IN_ENG/NZ_ENG_T2_28JUL-01AUG1983.html
If I've got any wrong, feel free to correct them here, but it wasn't my quiz so I shjouldn't have had to post the bloody answers.

I didn't get around to finding the answers to 5 , 6 & 7 ...but I agree with the answers to the rest ...although I havent checked for tour games at Lords previous to the 2001 game ...
Clem Hill 188 would also qualify as an answer at 1 c) ...IMO
