Federer fortunate to hold his serve and avoid consecutive breaks.

He isn't playing as well as he was but doesn't he pick his moments? Brilliant stuff to take a 2-0 lead. Will be a herculean effort from Murray to win this now.

FedExpress wins the 2nd set.

Murray has shown in this set that he can match it with the best, but he just makes silly unforced errors on crucial points. He will be better for it in future slams.

Can't see him coming back from this.

Ain't it always the way? The underdog makes a massive effort in the quarters and semi to get to the final against one of the world's best, then, other than for few close moments, puts up only token resistance in the ultimate game.

It'll be the Rafa-Fedex show for the next couple of years yet.
