Much to my surprise I've come to quite admire Man U over the last few years.
I think them becoming the first English side to win the European Cup (ok Champions League) since readmittance was the turning point for me.

Thing i don't get is the United haters are the first people in our faces when we lose, then when we do win and have an opportunity to give some of that stick back we get called arogant! Doesn't matter really i guess, just makes it more sweeter when we win.

Re: New EPL/Football thread 2008 (II)
To be fair I think every team has it's fair share of d*ckhead supporters. I just tend not to associate with them. Have plenty of good friends who support United, Chelsea and Arsenal and none of them carry the arrogant "HAHAHA WE WON GUTTED ALL OF YOU HATERS HAHA LOL" attitude. Obviously they are pleased when their team wins, but they don't take it too far.Makaveli wrote:Thing i don't get is the United haters are the first people in our faces when we lose, then when we do win and have an opportunity to give some of that stick back we get called arogant! I tend not to say "I hate arrogant United supporters" but rather "I hate d*ckhead supporters of any team". No bias here.

No team in the world plays football like that.
Nor is there any force in nature greater than Leo Messi.....................

Tapped in Peter Crouch's legitimate already goalbound header...trouble is the big, stoopid Chelski oaf was in an offside position himself, so the goal was disallowed.

Jocks battling away manfully against the Dutch, but concede a second just before H/T to go in 2-0 down.
Kenny Miller dawdled over a great chance at 0-0, and the Dutch have since taken over.
Arjen Robben is still a diving, moaning, cheating piece of crap.

Indeed....
Meanwhile Geordies become a laughing stock again appointing Alan Shearer as manager for the rest of the season.
Obsessed or what?
