Yep, the stage is set for Phil Hughes to prove that he is indeed better than Don Bradman. He made a good start in the ashes. Him and Watson even conjured up a couple of farcical run outs in Katich's honour.

Seems odd that Fleas was singled out as the man to go in a "Move towards the future" when Paris is a year older, Drunky is two years older and Bung is the same age (and 35 is ancient for a quick). His performances in the past 2 years didn't warrant being dropped from a contract. And espesh with a tour to Sri Lanka next up.

I hope Fleas breaks the Shield run scoring record as he leads the Blues to victory this season.

Some county is going to be very lucky - as Fleas will be able to give them his undivided attention for the next couple of years if he is minded to play county cricket.
