Can't you remember Lags going on and on about the breakdowns on his forum and on C4?

I don't remember much. My forum memory isn't great, to be honest. But I remember some nut basically sending messages to himself on C4 because no one else was around. Was that Lags?

Damn straight. I managed 30,000 very odd posts in FB (I) so it went way more than weeks. Used up a short life time of trivia Qs in those few months. And we cracked along at 500 posts a day to send C4 the message that they were a bunch of qunts that we neither needed or cared about.taipan wrote:Or about 3/4 monthsHenry wrote:Remember the first, aborted flaming bails? Must say, of the first 50 registrees, there are some disappointments (number of posts)...
3 - CaptainO
276 - SF Barnes
121 - Neil D
608 – Leo - although recently returned, briefly
174 – iieee
66 – Rosydaysarefew
78 – Biffe Harde – shame, quality forummer
186 – Sasha
86 – Steve
50 - pixie
Yeah, CaptainO was Dello's bastard child, but did the rest of 'em get run over by London Buses?

Tripped over their sock-less loafers, crashed to the ground, and stabbed in the heart by the shattered screens of their i-phones.

Most of those were quality. Steve from Hull, Neil D from Scouse. Dunno where becky was from, but quality all the same. SF Barnes was a good 'un. Gotta love Leo. And so and forth.

The elegiac tone returns.
It's a poor man's Mahler's 9th on here sometimes.
Is it significant that a lot of quality contributors have gone?

What, so you're saying what's left isn't any good? Not sure why it should detract from the place nowadays

No. You read without due care.
You might need some advice in short circuits and sequiturs.

30,000!!! Are you out of your noodle? You've only got 40,000 now after getting on for four years of this place's existence and constant spamming.
FB1 spanned barely more than three months. Late May 2007 through to 1st September 2007 which is the "official" moving day (although it was a staggered and totally shambolic move that actually took days either side of the date).

Re: I see our longest-standing member (August 2007-) is...
Do you still have access to FB I, JD? Yeah, it's not beyond the realms of possibiltiy that I am out by a factor of 10 but I do know I posted a shitload of posts in the 3 months or so that the joint lived. Granted, 10,000 a month seems a bit drug-addled.

Long since deleted.
You were the "leader", of course, but I think 30,000 is pushing it...

Re: I see our longest-standing member (August 2007-) is...
Someone might be able to find it using one of those sites that somehow track down old sh!t on the web (as nothing is ever really deleted), as once happened with the C4 forum.
Re: I see our longest-standing member (August 2007-) is...
In computing, a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) is a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) that specifies where a known resource is available and the mechanism for retrieving it. It is also referred to as a Universal Resource Locator and in many technical documents and verbal discussions it is often used as a synonym for URI.

F*ck that sh!t, you deliberately obtuse f*ck-bucketing cocktard. I meant the url for the first Flaming Bails. GOSH!
