I make nothing out of that. Didn't everyone in Europe die from E-Coli last year?

They can keep their beef. Was never a big fan anyway (which is probably the overriding factor, if I wasn't being so f*cking melodramatic about it).

Rare fillet steak is wonderful. I used to have it well done because the blood put me off. What a f*cking pussy I was, it's amazing when it's rare and tender.

I'm slowing drifting down the cooking stake with steak... I used to be a well done, but I'm a medium now. The rare thing, I don't know about. Too iron-like.
