(not eptly or adeptly it seems)
I meant it was apt to thank Azhar - because it did him and Durham such a monumental favour - not your ept comment - I got that!
Re: English Domestic Season 2015
Oh, he's a local. I stopped following how Hampshire's bowlers were doing as they're all total dogshit without a hope in hell of ever playing international cricket.
But now I think about it, Mason Crane might possibly be the most exciting young bowling talent I've ever just heard of a minute ago.

Pants were 0-3 after 3 balls... Joe Leach the bowler, has anyone ever taken a hat-trick with the first three balls of a match before?

You'll probably be seeing Australia bat anyway - be it first or second innings!

Gives it a good rip, decent natural variation

If Hants indulge him as much as they have with Danny Briggs and his insipid darts of nothingness, Crane should get plenty of games to develop... into a batsman, like all other English legspinners before him.

Oh yeah, he'll be ruined within three years, reduced to the T20 parlour and sucking cocks for rocks.
Re: English Domestic Season 2015
Damn, Warne, Ponting and Healy in the masterclass... That was absolutely interesting, gripped me more than the cricket. Outstanding.
Re: English Domestic Season 2015
Huh. No result. Pitch unfit for play. Very, very rare. Couple of scary deliveries, I suppose.
Re: English Domestic Season 2015
Pfft. Hants don't even get any points for Glamorgan's incompetence.
How in the shit did Northants win from 19/6? Funny old game, Saint.

Re: English Domestic Season 2015
How does a pitch deteriorate so quickly? (New on Friday ...scored 288 on it ...and in the second innings of the second game on it deemed unfit)
Do they let sheep graze on it during the innings break?

Aye, I caught some of it. Now why do they speak so much shot when commentating.

Yeah, it's a funny one. I expect it's easier to comment on your own game, rather than others.
Re: English Domestic Season 2015
It was a great masterclass. Even Healy seemed to know what he was on about.

Nuwan Zoysa in a test match against Zimbabwe. IIRC, there was a power cut for the last wicket and it was never recorded.beamer wrote:Pants were 0-3 after 3 balls... Joe Leach the bowler, has anyone ever taken a hat-trick with the first three balls of a match before?

Nearly an outstanding chase by South Sex versus 'The Sexies'. Set 309 in 40 overs D/L, they finish 4 short. Bailey produced a brilliant innings of 112 from 76 balls. There's been some exciting matches this year... Gubbins looks a prospect, very elegant, lovely looking shots.
