Just what is going on with Jesse Ryder's bowling? He's picking up sticks for kicks. Mentalism.

Not sure we ever sent convicts to New Zealand did we? Still, guess most (non-Maori and Pacific Islander) Kiwis do have British roots.

He'd need to qualify. He's got the excessive drinking part down, but he's got all his vowels mixed up. He sounds like a cross between Gareth Gates and Grace Jones. I simply won't allow it.

Another hundred for Jonny Bairstow. 5 in 7 matches (plus 3 x 50s).

The boy's on fire. Or that might just be his hair.

Congrats to Bairstow.

Now time to get back into the big leagues and show us that you no longer play around the straight ball, get hit by the short ball and are therefore worthy of supplanting for good the Bellmeister.

Bairstow has a lot in common with Ballance when it comes to playing the short stuff. He just doesn't seem to react and it thuds into him before he's even picked it up.

Perhaps they just breed them dim-witted in Yorkshire. See also: Tim Bresnan.

It used to work for Brian Close - no chest guard, helmet, nowt. And he'd just stare back at the bowler. Nails. Fooking nails, lad.

Glenn Maxwell was dropped for 'unprofessional behavior' in Yorkshires defeat of Birmingham in the Natwest T20 comp. Coach Gillespie refused to elaborate.

One of the biggest brain fades I've ever seen. I'm not saying we'd have won, but to get another 39 off of 13 or whatever behemoth it was, it was bloody costly. Honestly, no-one knows what he was thinking... all whiteys look the same?

http://www.skysports.com/cricket/news/12123/9924310/paul-collingwood-gets-a-luck-escape-as-azharullah-runs-out-the-wrong-man

Can you see this? F*cking insane - Collingwood on 97, some no mark on f*ck all, Collingwood running to his end, had given up the ghost - he throws it to the keeper's end to run out the shitmuncher. Batshit crazy, at any level.

If you can't see the top one, you can hopefully see this one:

Just hope it wasn't part of something pre-scripted... you never know with this sort of match in the early stages of a competition.

That was seriously funny. I loved the way Collingwood rubbed it in by shaking his hand.

Yeah, I thought it was a decent humorous touch to shake his hand. Apt, as well though, it was Collingwood's highest score in 12 million List 'A' matches...... As for being pre-scripted - on Sky, with the most idiotic of choices made? Not on your nelly.
