This proves that the pink ball is a heap of garbage. Very inconsistent. Sometimes they are alright. Other times they are unplayable. There is no way the mighty Indian batting lineup would collapse for 36 against a proper cricket ball.

Totally agree. The almost imperceptible swing made batting impossible. I also think starting in the arvo is a disgrace.

The BCCI understandably want this match struck from the record *. They have also demanded Burns open the batting from both ends for the rest of the series. A protest has been lodged against Cummins for unsportsmanlike conduct in bowling a hip high bouncer that lured Shami into fending it away from from square leg with his forearm.

If Oz is 5 or less behind with say 3 wickets down, lets throw the anchors out and make the Indians bowl another few sessions.

At minimum we should take a minimum of 4 sessions to get the win. With a plane to catch if Kohli instructs his bowlers to over step or bowl wides, he should be charged with match fixing.

Last 16 wickets (exc Shami) went for 80 odd. Second worst defeat by a Test team with a lead on the first innings.

I have a sense Skully may do some triv on this match.
