People have bucketed Weed over a long time, yet he keeps turning up. He is now opening the batting with 1 down, freeing up his spot for Baggy.

If '1 Down' makes any semblance of a score and gcspoc is fit for Boxing Day he will be dropped irrespective of whatever runs he manages to scramble together.

That was a case of “form is temporary, class is permanent”, as opposed to players who were never particularly good in the first place.

Barring disaster COVID-related or otherwise, by this time next month Australia will have played at least one Test match against India in 11 of 12 calender years from 2010 (the exception being 2016). Haven't checked, but seems very likely that Australia has played Test cricket against India more times since 2010 than Port Adelaide have played the Crows, or any two of Federer, Nadal and Djokovich have played against each other.
