Average over 50 now. Honestly didn't strike me as that talented in the couple of OD games i've seen.

When exactly did Alastair Cook turn into Mr One-Day Cricket? About the time England gave up on picking him for it perhaps?

He's had a great one day season for Essex to be fair, we used to leave him out of our side.

Let's see if he can finish it off.... tough ask

What happened there? Looked like being a tough chase for Essex, with 8 or 9 an over required, just flicked back over from the football and saw them needing something like 3 off 19, and the game quickly ended with four wides. Apparently Foster hit five successive sixes or something like that - finished with 83 off 38!

Eh? The guy has a FC average of 50 - how are Glammy making him 'look good' ?

Glamorgan could make Steve Stubbings look good.

So, Durham need just 17 points from 3 matches to retain the title after Yorkshire batted out a big second innings at Trent Bridge for a draw - Chris Read even had a bowl!

God knows how we're still 2nd. We are appalling, we haven't won in ages, Mick Newell has totally lost the plot re: team selection. Pattinson has been totally found out and the average is heading towards 40. Shreck is cream crackered, his shoulder's totally f*cked and he should have had an operation early in the season. Fletcher's been dropped for no reason that we've been told, our two best bowlers are guaranteed to spend a lot of time with England, whilst Patel continues to be a prima donna lazy c*nt. The team is a total mess, and we've signed Neil Edwards - joy.

M*****w W**d is captain? What the f*ck has he done to deserve that? Who the f*ck thought he had it in him to captain the club for f*ck's sake? What sort of signal does it send out to the rest of the team, that our worst player of the last two years can get the f*cking captaincy? He's a f*cking disgrace, and now to add to his inability to bat the useless f*ck has proven on TV that he can't f*cking catch either. What a c*nt - Mick Newell is taking the piss at the minute, what a f*cking shambles. Any other player but M*****w W**d, for f*ck's f*cking sake.

I take it Wood's captaincy is just for one game. Just was surprised someone would get that worked up over one JAMODD game, which is why I wondered if Read had actually quit for a moment...

Just a severely weakened side I guess - Shafayat keeping wicket, WTF? Although Sussex doing their best to make a mess of it with Shah-esque run-outs and getting out to rank full tosses from part-timers.

Carter bowled alright, might turn into an okay option for Nottinghamshire, nothing more than that though. Had literally never heard of Jake Ball until yesterday when he was in the squad yesterday, didn't bowl terribly either for a medium pacer. Golden arm Voges took some wickets as per.
