By my reckoning, Bradder's pick of Betty Ford ends 61 days of dot-balls since Demelza's pick of Seve Ballesteros went to the 19th in the sky on 7 May. There were only five dot-balls between Vikrang's pick of Michael Gough and Growler's pick of Liz Taylor, coincidentally both Hollywood actors, receiving their final curtain calls on 17 March and 23 March respectively. What price Blackadder's pick of Nancy Reagan as the next departure from the station on the FB CDL Express?

Although I see the old girl had enough gas in the tank to turn up and pay her respects at Betty's funeral. I wonder if Betty's last words were, viz. John Adams of Thomas Jefferson,

Still good on her, I think both she and her hubby were pretty decent coves, all said and done. Gerry is still a vastly underrated President and deserved to stay in the job longer than he did, sandwiched as he was between a self-confessed crook and a bungling incompetent.

Really? You never saw Gilligan's Island or The Brady Bunch?? His name was always up in big wacky writing at the end of the show as the qunt that created and produced those "classics".

I have NEVER watched an episode of Brady Bunch. I may have seen Gilligan's Island a couple of times back in the 60's ... just often enough to know I never need to see it again.

Space Patrol. Thunderbirds (that's ThunderBIRDS, Danny). Now that was quality. When I was 7.
