Thanks Taips.

That is one thread on FB I rarely read. Makes it seems like there's an election in the UK every second day.

October is traditionally one of the worst posting months. No English cricket and only early season DOD tosh in Aus.

It has been very quiet, despite the AFL GF, the NRL GF, the Rugby WC, and a smattering of cricket. Re 'the post count', we may be headed for the first sub-2000 month.

I blame the young lady who has turned skull's head (no trivia), and the departure of merkin, the forum's traditional piñata. People enjoying their lives ...

With the advent of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram over the last 10 years, I blame the rise in other methods and platforms for people like Merls to vent their anger, delight, sadness, ads for folding shoes, and penis selfies.....

This forum (and the C4 forum before it) just isn't the only way anymore....

There's nothing happening man. Nothing. Everyone fears events beyond our control and there's nothing but bad news everywhere. The forum can't save us. They know.

Aye, very sad that only bad news is "news" these days.
