"Olympic swimmer Susie O’Neill has stepped forward to accuse Don Burke of subjecting her to “crude and belittling” comments.

Fairfax Media reports that O’Neill was alone her Brisbane home for an interview with Burke and male crew members ahead of the Sydney Olympics in 2000.

The eight-time Olympic medallist told the newspaper that she wasn’t initially concerned given the television host’s friendly personality on Burke’s Backyard.

However, as O’Neill stood in front of a large flower painting created by her husband, Burke allegedly asked:

“Is your c--- as big as that?”

The swimmer said she was “flabbergasted” by Burke’s “crude and belittling” remarks, and told her manager at the time, Nick Cummins."

A Current Affair reporter Ben McCormack has been arrested and will be charged in relation to child abuse material.

As a reporter, McCormack had doggedly pursued child sex offenders on ACA over the years.

In 2014, he sat in court as former Hey Dad! television star Robert Hughes learnt of his guilty verdict and he phoned Hughes' victim Sarah Monahan, who had told her story on A Current Affair, to tell her.

Jarryd Hayne accused of rape in California while playing for 49ers in 2015

Rugby league player Jarryd Hayne has been accused of raping a woman while he was in the US playing for the San Francisco 49ers, US court documents reveal.

Civil lawsuit papers filed in the Santa Clara County court on Tuesday allege the sports star engaged in non-consensual sexual intercourse with a Santa Clara woman identified only as "Ms. V," in December 2015.

According to the papers, Ms V was a virgin at the time and was fearful of speaking out for several months, before later seeking medical treatment for continued vaginal pain.

It is understood she reported the alleged rape to police in May 2016.

The allegation comes more than one year after the case was reviewed and rejected by the District Attorney's Office, which concluded there was not enough evidence to prove that the rape had occurred beyond reasonable doubt.

The piece of crap was sentenced to 175 years today. In doing so, the judge said:

"As much as it was my honor and privilege to hear the sister survivors, it is my honor and privilege to sentence you. Because, sir, you do not deserve to walk outside of a prison ever again."
