Ashes 2013 Nicknames

Dunno whether beams was taking the piss with the request or not, but what the hell. 
Where I am unaware of an existing nickname, I have made my own suggestion (in italics). Some have been derived from Wiki suggestions and may not be in common usage on FB e.g. Trott = Booger, Leon - apparently*. I have added an asterisk to these.
Please feel free to add. Quote this post, snip the top blurb off and add your suggestion in bold.
