They're trying to prove the association was incorporated deceptively at the mo. Judge seems to be helping her on clarifications of seemingly irrelevant parts of the Act, either that or asking questions, again which appear irrelevant, that no-one has the answer too. Commission barrister trying to prove that the association rules and objectives were deliberately vague (well no shit Sherlock they're all designed that way).

Yep.  Grotesque waste of money by the Tories.

The people already gave their verdict on Gillard. Was there a need to go to an RC?

This was an absolute pointless exercise.

But by opening this can of worms we can expect retribution when the ALP gets back in.

This pointless precedent is going to cost us hundreds of millions. Good on you Tony.

PMSL @ ranting Bill Shortarse. In Adelaide he performed a classic Union heavy rant in front of union workers over the recently lost submarine contract (due to high wages demanded by the Union). Even said how dare the Aus Govt give the contract to a nation who was responsible for “in the Second World War, 366 merchant ships were sunk off Australia.” The actual number was 44, Bill, but who's counting? Oh yeah, racist Bill Shortfuse is. Er Bill, Japan is an ally these days, you arseclown.

Jayzus, has he lost the plot or what?? What an embarrassment!!

I could post an Australian article here, but that's all a bit like a Pinko posting a Ross Gittins article. Cool

Wasn't Bill finest moment I have to say.

But chalk up yet another broken promise to the Tories who seem more than content to sacrifice most of their seats in Adelaide for the next election.

Unforch under their current un reconstructed leader Japan is tooling up again and changing its constitution to allow military adventurism

Jacqui Lambie giving a cringeworthy interview to Barry Cassidy on 'Insiders' at the moment.

It is truly frightening that this bigot has such a say in the running of Australia.
