Re: Rugby League 2015
Just another stench left over from Ricky cutting under contract players.

So they got rid of players to avoid salary cap problems and still breached it
They should have kept the players
They should have kept the players

Re: Rugby League 2015
Jayzus, $525,000 plus possible 4 point deduction in 2016. Well that's next year farked for Slimey supporters. And the NRL is putting it down to mismanagement even though they ruled it an "unprecedented breach". 4 cap breaches in the past 5 years. Deary me.
A fat, unfit, boozy, massively overpaid Metropolitan League halfback doesn't help.

Cowboys defeat the Tigers 8 - 0
At one stage it looked as though the score might end up 2 - 0 which would have been one of the lowest scoring matches ever but Winterstein went in for a try with three minutes left.

Extraordinary match between the Dogs and Raiders today.
Dogs lead 26-0. It was 23 all with 30 seconds to go. Dogs win by 7.

I don't understand.
Dogs lead by 26-0
Somehow they go backwards to 23 points. And then 7 points are scored in the last 30 seconds?
Please explain.

Re: Rugby League 2015
The Broncos usually struggle at this stage of the season but tonight they have defeated Newcastle 31 - 18. Bit of a surprise as they were down 6 - 18 just before halftime & it looked as though they might get thumped.

That's not what the TC page says. It has you down with an 'x', thus you must've tipped the Panthers (like the rest of us).

So Daly Cherry-Evans reneges on his Titans contract.
I wonder if there will be repercussions for him re being picked in the Qld SOO squad.

This is the team who in the last minute of Game 3 in a dead rubber got a penalty and kicked the ball away on the first tackle so they could smash some more 'Roaches. Check out from 5.00 onwards.
