I have seen the ad with the 'dad' wearing one. I've also seen people at the babel wearing buckets. I have assumed these folk are paid.
I fear they are just fu*kwits.
Re: Big Bash Borathon 2016/17
Bucket on head catches were from two seasons ago
"To enter and qualify for a prize eligible participants must be the first person at an Eligible Match located
in the lower tier of the stadium to cleanly ‘catch a six’ on the full hit by a cricket player during the Eligible
Match as part of normal game play, while wearing a KFC bucket on their head. The ball must not
bounce off a structure, ground or other person/s before being caught, in order for the related catch to be
deemed eligible for a prize. KFC buckets are available at KFC stores and limited numbers will be
handed in the stadium of each Eligible Match.
6. Each eligible person who qualifies for a prize (in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) will each
win a Dick Smith 47.5’ LED TV and Philips 5.1 Channel Sound System valued at $1,000."

D'Arcy Short looks like a real thrashing machine. 40 off 14 balls so far.

Last night we had Willey bowling to Head.
Shame Hannan Sakar wasn't playing. Or BJ commentating.

In the Snoozy version of the Babel
Wellington have sent two players home for going out on the piss the night before a game
Dernbach opted to phark off back to England and Gulbis was finished anyway

5 matches are being shown live on Channel 5 over here. It'll be interesting to see what the viewing figures are, given that diehards like me want Cricket back on terrestrial TV.
Seen any yet ?. I would think there would be some interest given that there are nine English players involved.

Fulfilling every stereotype about Perth, I Ron Belf has become the future of the Perth Scrunchies. How much light can a small low watt bulb shine.
Once the future, now encapsulating the history of Pomgolian cricket, the Belfard is the gift that continues to give.

Going to be a short game at Bellerive tonight. Hilfy is on a hat trick against his former team.
Re: Big Bash Borathon 2016/17
Maxwell batting normally and still ended up with a strike rate of 200. Shame he can't bat with this mindset all the time.
