Re: The Masters
Tiger is mates with heaps of players on tour.
Even Fat Phil's dog looks at him with a wary eye.

Re: The Masters
I was more talking about his habit of drilling a nine iron 200 yards to three feet from the pin and carrying on like it didn't go in because there was mud on the ball or he'd had a hanging lie.

Re: The Masters
Jason Day must be spewing about his double bogey on the 15th on Saturday. He only finished 2 behind Tiger in the end.

And par on that hole normally means you're conceding a shot.

England's Paul Casey leadig on -7 after Day 1.
Adam Scott was going well at -4 when bad light cut his opening round short after 10 holes. He resumes tomoz looking to sink an 8 m birdie putt.

Re: The Masters
Cam Smith, er, storms into contention, hits the clubhouse at minus 9 and sharing the lead.
Meanwhile Rambo de Chambeau loses a ball in near plain sight and has to replay tee shot with penalty. Not visibly impressed. (I'd take a fair dose of 'in the holing' in a heartbeat in return for Rambo's seasick-making over-the-tee routine. He is golf's answer to tennis's Marian Bartoli)

The last time Bernard Langer shot 68 in the opening round of the Masters was in 1993 - he ended up winning the tournament.

Re: The Masters
Time to think up something clever on the theme of 'Masters and Johnson' - Dusty now 5 shots ahead of Cam Smith & a Korean called Sunny Jim or similar. Since his 10 Tiger had played six holes and not failed to birdie.
And Smith just nearly put his second shot on the 14th over the State line....nice effort Cam, better luck next year. Try and hang on for second.

Re: The Masters
Cameron Smith is the first golfer in history to shoot sub 70 in all four rounds of the Masters ... but still lost by 5 strokes.

Dustin Johnson finishes 20 under to win the Masters. Well done him!

Jaysus. I won some nice cash on him over the years - he often overachieved at the US Majors.
