Re: AFL 2021
Hawks allow Roos to have their first win on Noble's birthday. Pies fans gnashing their teeth but surely they knew what was coming.

Pies fans and 'teeth' in the same sentence - the phrase 'shooting fish in a barrel' comes to mind

Opposition fans love a great stereotype. Lots of Pie fans still think it's time to shut down the place and turn off the lights. Hard to see a way back from here. As most can see the club has been gutted. All players who have any value to other clubs should be allowed a free choice to leave to the club of their choice. Many look like they have checked out anyway.

Im off to the Dreamtime game at Perth's Optus Oval*
It's a sellout apparently
I hope the few uninjured players we have smash the Bombers
*Dont think that name will catch on initially

Re: AFL 2021
Buckley steps out.....Robert Harvey steps in (sorry Mick Thomas).
If anything Teague is even gonner today than yesterday - the egos at Carlton will now step up the bidding war with Collingwood over Clarkson, with Lyon as the consolation prize.
Personally I'd rather have Horrie's Aunt Jemima Puddleduck than either, Lyon is as boring as batshit and his game plan burns players out in half the time, and re Clarkson: What kind of bells does the name 'Ian Aitken' ring? Clarko's spruikers will be full of 'let bygones be bygones' at this end of the story, but the same Influential Bloody Supporters will scream the name from the top of the Pratt Stand when they decide Al's time is up.

Perhaps a surprise result with the Hawks mauling the Swans.

That’s two surprise results already this round.

Mackay cleared....TF
Good thing Jezza didn't cave in the back of Jerka Jenkin's skull with his knee, or Hart literally kick Peter Walker's teeth out....and then there was Mark McVeigh, who DID put bits of (his team-mate FFS) James Hird's face all over Subiaco Oval, all with the same amount of malice that Mackay showed

I don’t know how we scraped through to win that one.
Dogs were good, Cats were lucky ... luck that would be better saved for finals

Rohan never plays well in finals, so based on that you wouldn't have won

And congratulations to Freo on becoming the first team to lose to Carlton twice in the same season since St Kilda in 2014.

We should pay some credit to the Suns for this win over Richmond, an amazing turn up.

And our little mate (with the burning crosses) didn't take his Weagles belting by the Swans very well did he?

Indeed.
At least we just shrug at the ongoing shithouseness of the Drags. Poor ol' Zim lets a bad Weagles game ruin his day/week/month.
