Re: Australian Domestic Cricket 2011/12
Tassie were cruising against the Wossies in the Ryobi but a couple of quick wickets have put them back in it. Baileys run out was a deplorable home town decision but that is just my unbiased opinion.

Tassie collapsing. Will be lucky to make 200 & this is definately a 250 wicket.

Looks like Evan Gulbis might be a handy pickup. 5 overs 4 for 8.
Tassie rolled the Wossies for 164 in 35 overs & secured the all important bonus point.

Simon Katich showing that he's the best spin bowler in Australia when playing under a captain who will actually bowl him.
Arguably the best batsman and the best spinner in the Australian side, yet they still dropped him. Funny.

Starc seems to have lost his mojo since he returned from injury. Looks like he's not bowling badly, just not taking wickets.
Re: Australian Domestic Cricket 2011/12

WTF is Hattie 12th man?
WTF is Eggs in the team if he isnt going to bowl?

Dubbers suck....
Phews, Madders and Fleas out to Peter George in a 7 ball spell (George is celebrating the first anniversary of his only test).
Copeland wicketless.
The best Dubber in the game is Dan Christian.

Looks like another long season. In recent years we seem to have alternated from good season to bad.JGK wrote:Dubbers suck....

Eggs has always had a dodgy heart
His brothers played footy for Swan Districts but Beau played cricket because his heart couldnt cope with the exertion of football
Matt Johnston has something similar ...which is supposed to have been fixed up with an op he had in France last year

Chris Gayle has a dodgy heart as well. He's said that the reason he always seems to be so relaxed and take things so easy is because if he exerts himself too much, it can affect his heart.

If memory serves, he was given a chance a few years ago & did'nt accept the challenge. His heroics in this game are no better than Gulbis in the recent Ryobi but even i would'nt push for higher honours at this stage.
