Strange scoreline for Somerset. Extra's was the forth top score. Sids seems to be struggling on tour so far & is being eclipsed by all the other quicks. Batting lineup for the first test will be interesting. Will they risk Warner who has no form & has'nt played any warmups? I don't think Usman has done enough to get a run. I'm pretty sure Moo will open with Twatto. Haddit will keep & apart from Clarke, the lineup is open.
Re: Ashes 2013 - a question
Cowan out already. So maybe Rogers, Watson and Khawaja as top 3?

Agreed Nath. I think he has shown the ability to make decent 30s but then loses concentration.

I'd be very happy for him to fail 3 or 4 times in the 90s during the series about to start.

Indeed, L.
Is this where the England hierarchy put a call into the Zumerset committee and ask for pies to bowled at Con for the next 2 hours, to ensure his place in the T1 Aus side?

Re: Ashes 2013 - a question
I've read some dodgy old comments under articles on Cricinfo - not sure if this takes the biscuit, but it's still smelling heavily of citrus:

Shane Watson , Mitchell Marsh , James Faulkner , Steve Smith , Mitchell Marsh , Mitchell Jhonson , David Warner ..... All these guys did well in this years IPL , so its obvious something somewhere was wrong in OZ cricket which the players were unable to handle . Good Luck to Darren Lehman n team

Yeah, it's a comedy routine at times.
