I think Harris is made of the right stuff. He just needs to tough it out more.
Fink is useless and Ooze is sporadic class. Bog is, well, Bog. Puddle is laughable.
March can't come quick enough to allow Smith to return to add some steel to our top 7.

Smith yes, the gcs-poc no. The poc can play t20 and jamodis, but not Test cricket. Has failed repeatedly overseas and only makes runs at home. Will remain both useless and a distraction.
Bancroft is not up to it. Had eight tests to show he was at the level. He is not.
So of the three, only Seasick should be a real chance of returning.

From March on, that Aus XI might be...
Harris
A.Nother
Ooze
Tweek
Bog
Blowie
Ima
2nd
Koo
Elmer
Purple
Probably the most depth we have in batting is the opening spot with Monty, Wrench, Larkins, Hughes, MrsR, etc, etc.
I'm with h. I reckon GCS might be a disrupting influence in the XI. Jettison him.

Guess when you have the likes of Finch opening, and Shaun Marsh has our putative saviour, you're bound to find trouble given the latter's average and the former's known inability to play tough red ball cricket.

Big Dog's early prediction of us losing by an innings by tea on the fourth day looks optimistic. We won't make lunch tomorrow.

Puddle lamely front edges a half volley to slip. Fark me dead we are shit.
Bannies schooling us in batting AND bowling discipline.
Our poor bowlers slaved for 2 days and now have to stomach our piss weak top order capitulating in just over a session. Qunts.

I feel cool and relaxed. I took some heart pills in case Hollow Man made double figures. Should have known better.

Mitchell Marsh is an insult to all the champs who have batted in the pivotal no. 6 spot for Aus over the years.
Dougie, AB, SRW, Punter, Paris.
And just WTF does Hick do as our batting coach?? He seems as effective as Pat Howard was at High Performance Management.

I think it really will take a miracle to salvage things from here.
Should India enforce the FO? It's pretty temperate.

Agreed OP.
About the only thins that will be saved from the top order are the Brother Banes. Of course those two products of nepotism have the talent and application of inanimate objects but they will continue to be selected. Bloody Katich moaned how Bog was going well but was only out because of a good ball. He also praised HollowMan's efforts with the ball.
The one good thing I have done is to refuse to watch a single ball of this Test. I will not watch an Oz Test where either of the Bane Brothers is playing.
