Was at the game
Oz fielders were in the wrong spots on the ground ...
Obviously no one got intel off the Scorchers of where to set a field
Game start at 4pm was ridiculous ...shadows in the wrong places on the ground ...several times the fielders didnt pick up the ball
Dre Russ was clean and lethal ...but the killer was Rutherford seemingly mishitting and top edging his way to 67 off 40
Batted Ok until GCS hit 80 and then he went to sleep
Maxwell looked like he didnt want to be there

Marsh hasnt played a game for the Scorchers for at least two seasons
The side was full of wozzies ...and some of them put in some ordinary performances
The game wasnt on FTA so E Coast TV shouldnt be a consideration

I didnt know we did
I think a few people thought about booing Maxwell's effort but then the T20 attention span kicked in when the ground announcer played the addams family

Re: Current International One Day Cricket
A certain vertically-challenged recent Australian Test opener has found himself on the back page of the fish-wrappers yet again, in the build-up to the Oz-Kiwi pre-Test-series one-day shenanegans. In a press chook-feeding session (in which he also praised NZ cricket and queried why Australia didn't play in Enzed more often), he criticised NZ fans for being 'vulgar', surely a Guinness-recognisable record for 'the pot calling the kettle black', and had this guy made his observation earlier in his career he would have been dubbed 'Pot' (and not just because he is a dope) or Potts from that moment on.

His challenges aren’t purely vertical.

Kamran & Mehmood - good Spanish names.
Meanwhile Aus wrap up Chapp-Had with comfortable win after middling target set. Tampa 4 wkts but 2nd got MoM with one wkt.
