You do coke or grass, you're an A grade wanker, full stop. But being loud and annoying and deluded about how interesting you are, does not make you a menace to society, just a pain in the arse, at least not till you need to crime-fund your habit. You wanna legalise and thump your chest about drugs all you want, I can do the same about inappropriate (and illegal) mobile phone or camera use. I wonder who, or what, else he/she/it has 'on file'?
