Re: T20 World Cup
Jordan for me is never good enough nowadays and Ali as well, those 2 are lucky to be first choices. Luckily the format means quarters at least but i see us going out at that stage.

Re: T20 World Cup
Seems like the old NoShow is back. He was shit in the IPL and he got a 1st ball gozza today.
Meanwhile Aus (v Oman) made 5/164 after being 3/50 when NoShow was dismissed, mainly thanks to Groinis's 66* off 35. GCS also made a 50. Groin and GCS put on 102 in 10.2 overs for the 4th wicket.

Re: T20 World Cup
On the one hand, Oz could hardly have been any less impressive without actually losing. On the other, in any tournament-format competition this is probably not the point in the eye-tinnery when you want or need to be at your absolute peak. Bag the win, TF it stayed fine, and who's up next?

It was a pretty decent catch by the Damien to get rid of Maxwell
Stoinis may as well go home now
Hopefully Starc just had a cramp

My goodness Billy Bunter Bairstow has been putting a way real pies. Sadly failed as did England.
Allegedly* if Scotland lose to Oz by a certain margin they replace the Poms.

Re: T20 World Cup
No further minnow uprisings overnight as the Haggisses (Haggi?) see off the Damiens in very short order, and the Windies similarly wallop the Idi Amins.
(Didn't the Idmeister, among his many such self-appointments, at one point claim to be the hereditary King of Haggisland?)

Re: T20 World Cup
I see from Cricinfo that Pakistan and England could be eliminated at this group stage. Again, T20 does not test skill so much as fortune.

Nam 3-18 in 8th over v Oz - their skipper has chosen this moment to play a Responsible Innings (zero in 14 balls and counting)
