'Inside Cricket' team thought SA team selection was diabolical with them effectively going for five seamers and then batting first anyway.

They also thought it was weird that JP was doing a warm-down on a slippery Gabba after sitting doing nothing all day.
Tom Moody who is commentating for SA tv said the local commentary team couldn't believe they left out Tahir. He probably wouldn't have done that well but Kleinveldt can't bowl.

Aye - 2nded. Was helping wife with typed directions to various schools the youngest sprog is looking at teaching at. Yes, she does have a GPS on her iPhone, but that's not good enough for the Chief. Faaaaaaaaark.JGK wrote:Dammit. Missed Inside BJ.

AB thinks oz is a chance to win, Stuey wants us to bat all day, while Mark Waugh wants them to throw down the gauntlet to the SA batsmen.

How grouse a last day would it be if we were 180 in front, and Warnie and Pidgy had two sessions at the Yarps?? Good times.

Would depend on the pitch. They had four sessions at them in Perth 2005 and only dismissed half of them.

Turns out there's no swing at all but it has affected SA more as that's what their bowlers rely on most.
If Australia wins tomorrow will that be SA's biggest choke ever in a test match after cruising along during day two and then simply losing their way?

Clarke eyeing off a win. Guess that's the difference in mentality on offer. SA seemed to be meandering, Aussies make things happen!

All for a likely draw. Hardly lacking a winning mentality, especially when they've beaten most teams around.
